| Hot
Power Yoga is a
flow-based practice in a hot room (about 90 degrees) that emphasizes
strength, endurance, and detoxification through a flow of poses
connected on the breath. This practice will systematically work
the entire body. In one hour you will burn calories, build flexibility,
gain strength, release tension, and cultivate focus. It will
allow you to use the powerful tools of yoga to take on each
day with a calmer mind and a smile. All levels welcomed. |

Flow
& Tone Yoga is
a challenging vinyasa-style class that emphasizes a fast-paced
yoga experience. Intense concentration on core muscles through
crunches to set-up the class while still experiencing fundamentals
of power yoga. This all-levels class is recommended for those
who seek a mind/ body/ spirit workout.
Pilates
is a low-impact, intensive
core workout. Teaching movement without tension, pilates retrains
the body to move as efficiently as possible. It builds |
| long, lean muscle,
an intensely toned core, and alleviates most chronic lower back
pain. Pilates incorporates deep breathing, lengthening, stretching,
toning, and relaxation. |

| Belly
Dancing is a Middle
Eastern dance tradition. Discover your own spiritual expressions
through a series of movements often called (movement meditations).
This all-levels class is recommended for those who seek to explore
their own journey through dance. |

| Restorative
Yoga is
a softer approach to the yoga practice. With room at room temperature
this practice emphasizes yoga postures and breathing. Great
for all levels, especially beginners! |

| Tapas Yoga Flow is translated as heat, or intensity. This challenging class
integrates the intensity and discipline of the traditional ashtanga
yoga sequence with vinyasa flow and chanting. |

| Sangha Vinyasa connects breath with movement through sequences of poses (vinyasas), allowing both beginning and more advanced yogis to explore their practice through guided, yet independent movement. (Room heated to ~80 degrees). |
